Shipping Policy

Every Ouais piece is made to order just for you. We don't keep stock sitting in a warehouse, so each order is produced after you place it.

Processing time
Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of being placed. Embroidery takes a little care. It's worth it, promis.

Delivery time
Once shipped, please allow 2–5 days for delivery.

These are estimates. Carrier delays can happen, especially around the holidays, so order early for gifts.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates are weight-based and may vary depending on the product. Your exact rate is shown at checkout. US orders over $75 ship free.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an order once it's in production, and we can't cover packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping (US & EU) or 45 days (international), email us within 7 days after that. Please check with your local post office first, as packages are sometimes held for pickup. If the package is confirmed lost and the address was correct, we'll send a free replacement.

International orders
International delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
