What does "ouais" mean?
It means "yeah," the casual way to say yes in French. Oui is the formal version. Ouais is what people use every day.
How do you pronounce it?
Roughly "way," with a bit of a lazy drawl.
Isn't "oui" correct?
Yes, and so is "yes" in English. But you usually say "yeah."
How does it fit?
It's relaxed and a little boxy. Order your usual size for a regular fit, or size up for oversized. There's a full size chart on the product page. Check it before ordering, because made-to-order pieces can't be exchanged for size.
What's it made of?
100% ring-spun cotton, heavyweight (about 206 gsm) and garment-dyed for a soft, lived-in feel. The logo is embroidered, not printed.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the embroidery.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Orders typically ship within 7 days of being placed. Once shipped, please allow 2–5 days for delivery. Shipping rates are weight-based and shown at checkout. US orders over $75 ship free. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I return or exchange it?
Because every piece is made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color or a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back. See our return & refund policy.
My package hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check your tracking link and your local post office first, since packages are sometimes held for pickup. If it still hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping (45 days for international orders), email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us right away. We can only make changes before production has started.
